We are looking for an Investment Associate to join the team in building the leading investor in the healthspan space.

‍We are a small team with large ambitions, where every colleague plays an important role in our success. We are looking for someone who wants to play a key role in building ALTEA. You understand that your contribution matters, set high standards for yourself, and are motivated to perform in a high-expectation environment.

Experience & Personal traits

• Passionate about investing and building great businesses, with a strong motivation for ALTEA’s sector focus
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, typically from management consulting, private equity, or investment banking with a proven track-record
• Values-driven, low ego, and motivated by the dynamics of a small, high-trust, high-performance team
• Able to build trust and develop genuine relationships with a wide range of people
• Naturally curious with a strong “getting things done” attitude - you believe most challenges can be solved with the right approach
• Analytically sharp and comfortable with commercial analysis, financial modelling, and valuation
• Structured and able to work independently, while believing that great outcomes are achieved through collaboration
• Strong academic track record, ideally in engineering, finance, business, or a related field
